The gearstick arrangement looks a bit weird, I know its sequential, but it looks like it's for the disabled ;)

Thats cos its an extension, uses the standard 5 speed mazda box, i asked on here about them aaaages ago! You can see all about it here http://www.takakaira.co.jp/performance/main.html
