hoff
Im having the odd occation when the supra wont sart, needing two or three attempts. It happened a few times a few months ago but the problem went away. But its come back again. Now and then when i go to start the engine I just get a click/tick and nothing happens. Then after a couple of goes its fine again. I thought it may be the starter motor, but could it be anything else like the battery or something? Thanks:)
Cadburys Purple
Alright mate! I think your on the right tracks with looking at the starter. If I was you I'd check the connections first because one might just be loose , or it might just need a clean. Sometimes a bit of dirt can get in there and jam them. Take it out, give it a good clean and put it back in and see!!!

T2 MSW
Poss starter motor soliniod, I would speak to CW and get it reconditioned. I bought a replacement which worked great for a couple of months - now ive started getting the occational non start again. Im going to get my old one refurbed or look at doing it myself and then swap them back over. Bolts getting it out are erm fun!!
hoff
Dont know yet. Mikes back tomorrow. Im hoping wednesday, but that that leak is getting worse. Im getting some pads this week too i think. Im tempted to get a full set of chris wilson fast road pads, obviously a bit more than oem but they are top notch and i like to stop quickly.
