Most expensive part to fail?

Turbos failing isn't common.

 

Cracked rads and sheared crank pulleys are pretty common but usually not silly money to fix. (say a couple of hundred) but otherwise they are pretty reliable.

 

You seem to be worried about maintenance costs. Running costs are the biggest issue for most of us. I say 'issue' rather than 'problem' because it's something you just accept, or not. If you can afford to run a Supra the maintenance shouldn't be a problem.
