HKS air filter new, less foam element

Is your HKS green mushroom filters black painted cage all rusty? I have a brand new Super Power Flow one for sale, without the filter element. JUST the element missing, part number 1504-SA006 70 mm pipe size, 200 mm OD, 90 mm deep. 25 quid plus 4.50 P&P. I pinched the foam element for another car.
