I'd probably say a bad earth or something on the headunit. Failing that, split/frayed wires touching each other and shorting out?

I'd try another speaker to be sure before u go ripping the headunit out, then try sourcing the earth to see if its been loosened and damaged.

If your good with a soldering iron, check for dry joints on the amp ic's that would be screwed to the sides of the stereo casing, on some stereos they get to hot and break their connections.

I finally had some time too look around for that annoying crackling and hissing noise and had no luck pulled the radio out and had no luck finding anything looked at the speakers in the doors nothing visible. But i did notice is that its only coming from the front the back speakers are fine. I got pissed off and gave up and just unplugged the fronts from inside the door cards jus so i can listen to some music but didnt realise that the dam tweeters in the bloody dash where the noise is still coming from You mentioned the rubbery bit around the speakers what do you mean by that i am a lil slow.
