Hi people :)

Please can someone help me with a bit of guidance?

I need to fit my aftermarket steering wheel, replacing the stock airbag one but the instructions for the wheel are in German and the ones for the Boss are in Japanese :)

I know I need to disconnect the battery but have never done this before? any tips?

i think its a size 8 ratchet, loosen the nut and the negative wire should just lift off.

you don't need to disconnect the battery just make sure you unplug the air bag sensor behind the dash and don't have your keys in the ignition.

Probably easier to disconnect the battery then.....lol

Sorry mate, have no idea on removing and changing the wheel, trial and error though i guess.

Take the centre piece off the wheel and you should see a bolt, I think, and just undo that. To be honest though my mate did mine while he was doing some other things and i wasn't paying much attention. Maybe better waiting for someone else, sorry:rolleyes:

Well done bud. Mine went on perfectly as well, but I am also a slight dumbass.

I fixed the boss kit on before attaching the connector for the horn, and now it won't fit - so I have no horn until I buy a new head nut and washer and do it all again *grin*

But yeah looks really good doesn't it! :)
