A friend of mine in the UK has Talk talk as her service provider and has bought a new PC with Vista. She has been told that Talk Talk and Vista are not compatible but that doesn't make sense to me.
I told her to try to connect to the interwebnet and these are the errors she gets:
* cannot communicate with primary DNS server 62.24.252.134) Network diagnistics pinged the renite host but ddid not receueve a response.
* windows found a problem that cannot be repaired automatically. Contact your internet server provider or admin administrator for help or click here for information about things you can help to sove the problem.
* cheking for other network provider. the following repairs was performed. reset the network adaptor. resetting the adaptor can sometimes resolve an intermittent problem.
Any help (other than sarcastic "get a new supplier comments") for my friend would be appreciated. :)
