So far i have decided on nothing extreme or unchangeable - stripping the car of all non important parts - Fitment of new stock front and rear control arms + diff mounts - lightweight bucket seat. - smaller steering wheel non blingy suede affair type. - Different pad compound (stock at the mo) - tanabe exhaust (the quiet one) possible changes for later on: - Carbon fibre tailgate possibly with lexan screen. - Battery relocation The aim is to shift around 120 kg's Is there anything else people think i should sort at the early stage to ensure reliability / safety. Sounds good! I am considering the same thing, but with some other "twists". Some other things to consider: wheels suspension brakes unsprung weight I would go for lighter in the front of the car, to try and get the front rear weight balance a lot better. Cheers, i enjoy the stripping it part The major changes to the suspension are the brand new oem arms to replace the old tired stuff, the bilstein dampers are only 4000 miles old so they will do for now. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun!! I am giving serious consideration to doing this to mine if it does not sell in the next month or so...
