Tricky-Ricky
Its not about the removal, its a case of finding where to access from inside the door, as my doors have a liberal coating of sound deadening material, so i don't want to rip loads of it off in order to find where to get at them? grahamc
No pics, by sound deadening, do you mean that big shaped plastic sheet? If so you can just pull it off, but becareful not to tear it, sticks back on quite easily.

Tricky-Ricky
Well i have found a very limited access point via my speaker its only 4" but its mounted on a large piece of MDF which i cant remove, i can get my hand with a small ratchet and i think i will be able to undo the nuts , BUT does the motor connector come out of the mounting hole enough for me to unplug? or will i have to try and undo this with one hand inside the door?
