OK, I'm looking at getting a C/W SMIC, and Water Injection system, I was wondering do I go for the "basic" kit, or the one that does everything 3D mapping etc? - Or is it a case of what the bank will allow? Also, for those with water injection, where do you mount the water tank? and where did you get the Tank from?

Si - still in Qatar

Im pretty sure most people use the windscreen washer bottle. As for the rest of your questions, someone else should be along shortly.

Mapped WI is, in my opinion, totally OTT and unecessary for a road car engine. The basic 1S kit is all you need, and it is fed from the existing screen washer fluid bottle. Send me your e-mail address and I will post you an article i wrote explaining all. Too large for web mail. The 1S kit is simply triggered by the boost pressure level. Works brilliantly, the later pumps are totally reliable, and with a new I/C should give substantial charge air temp reductions.
