I found on mine that if you parked it level when refitting the roof panel and tightening the 4 bolts evenly it sealed fine, but on a slope it wasn`t as reliable and I had a small leak. 90,000 miles is OK if you have FULL Service History, mine at 70,000 miles burnt a bit of oil (Valve Stem Oil Seals) I sold it and bought a Porsche Boxster 2.7 (a lot newer and more money) as I wanted a proper roadster. Above 60mph the aerotop is very noisy as the wind fills the rear seat area, the Porsche is slower on acceleration but similar on top speed) but at 100mph is a driveable car with top down.

You can`t have best of both worlds but for just over 6K if its a good example (take someone with you who knows Supras) then its not a bad price. Expect under 20mpg commuting but as high as 32mpg touring if you keep it under 70.

Why do you have to pay £15000 tax when you import a car, my Boxster would just be cheaper than this car and the tax ?
