Clutch advice needed

My clutch isn't slipping but the gear change is a bit stiff and the peddle has alot of travel. I have changed the gear box oil and it made no difference. Can anybody tell me if the clutch is adjustable? Or is it a case of a new clutch.

Think its hydrolic(Sorry bad spelling) so self adjusting mate.Its been sat for a bit might be worth bleeding it and check for any leaks .If you going bpu might be worth changing the clutch if you dont know the history.
