The GE and GTE heads are different.. The NA manifold as such is different to the TT.

A TT manifold will not fit an N/A head.

No. The NA has a completely different induction and ignition system and a kit designed for the GTE will absolutely not fit on a GE engine. There are many very fundamental differences, the biggest one being the position of the turbo - it has to fit under the NA induction system.

What exactly have you bought?

If it's a 2JZ-GTE kit you can't use it on an NA.

The XS power kit is a pile of shit. The turbo is junk, the lines are junk, 95% of the ancillaries are useless crap.

The only bit's I used were the manifold and the wastegate, the DP needed major modification. I was lucky with my manifold as it had been machined correctly (although still needed soime adjustment to stop the wastegate hitting the block  ). The wastegate itself has been working perfectly, but some members have reported major issues with these.

It would have been cheaper for me to buy a decent kit in the first place (Boostlogic/PHR)

Sorry, but thats the reality. You need to have a LOT of money to do this properly, if you don't then walk now. If £7k is a concern, then don't even think about it.
