Is It Easy To Fit A Fuel Filter

It could be straightforward, or it could end up in a nightmare, if they've used non-Toyota filter and it refuses to seal afterwards.

It's much easier if the car has been lifted up - if you're not feeling brave, why not have it done in a garage when you go for something else as well?

There is no shame in avoiding potential trouble you know...

If the rear pipe union unscrews easily, no big deal, if it seizes it'll be peeing out petrol whilst you decide what to do. The pipe union flare deforms if Toyota or Mr Someone Else has overtightened it, and it's a nightmare to undo, and fit the new one. People end up replacing the hard pipe back to the tank, which is a MAJOR job. So get someone else to do it :)
