Daston
Just fixed my TS front (after driving into the curb) was a damn fine job as well (never done fiber glassing before). Went to put the car in the garage slipped on the clutch (wet shoes) and bang right into my bench! Reversed out (sheepishly) and sure enough cracked all my repairs!!!! Good thing I am getting a new front soon!

miko_supra
oh dear, the question is, did you calmly shrug it off the mistake or swear outloud?

Rory
I bet you said "oh goodness, how awfully irritating" Or something along those lines Ah well more repair practice I guess
Pete
Ooops! If it makes you feel any better I managed to reverse and scrape my rear spat up a kerb at Tescos. You know those horrible little round kerbs they put around a tree in between some parking spots which you don't expect to be there? One of those. Guest DaveWilko
How is the bench? lol. 1600kgs of Supra must have made quite an impression on it
Daston
Bench was ok (was more worried about that as its stacked with heavy tools) I think my exact words were "f*** a duck!" The annoying thing is the under tray on the splitter is hanging down and so cant drive the car far due to it nearly making contact with the road. colsoop
oops. At least you know what to do to repair it
turbonut
Ya numpty it could have been worse - you could have knocked a large box of tools off the bench onto the bonnet At least you'll get the opportunity to fine hone your fibre glassing skills a bit more! Chris Wilson
If you were less of a gentleman, and more of a male chauvinist pig like my good self, you wouldn't have been IN Tescos.... Men shouldn't food shop, it's just, well, WRONG!!!

I decided I was having a nice steak, veg and rice with a bottle of Reserve Shiraz for tea. Very nice it was too.
