Also *some* non-genuine parts are made with less GRP layers, so are not as strong and can crack easily if bumped. Choose where you buy from carefully. I would agree with you Nic, I went for a genuine front and you can see where the money went, so much thicker, stronger and when its the front of your car thats takes most of the abuse I reckon it helps loads. I went for a copy on the rear, I wish I could locate a genuine rear in the bumper I want but I cant and I cant afford to wait 8 weeks + again for one.
