at 12:30 I am going for a drive in an R34 GTR

I asked on the GTR forum and found someone that is REALLY close to where I live and work, and he was very helpful and willing to take me out in the car....

curiousity and considering defecting... ;) really comes down to price of the car, would love to keep the sup and get the gtr!!

This one he said was "slightly modified", ok, I arrive there and he opens the bonnet, I see a MASSIVE turbo see pics... A 2.8l engine and a total of around 630bhp at full boost... 1.9 :faint:
After a bit of a chat, look around the car, we went for a drive around some country lanes....and my god does that car shift!!! :scared: It was awesome! A little noisy in the car and he has no rear seats, but the standard seats are very comfortable and hold you where you are meant to be.
The car was awesome in the lower gears, awesome in the corners, just brilliant... then he turned the boost controller on :faint:

However, have you been a passenger in your car when on full chat ? I'm sure this R34 is quicker thatn your Supra as it's 600hp but I couldn't believe how fast my car was when someone took me out in it.

its a good point, very diffrerent being passanger in a "new" car!!
I am more shocked by the sheer speed and acceleration that the car has, in the early gears! WOW!!

Couldn't agree more with this.
Was a passenger in my car a few weeks ago because I didn't feel like driving. I told the driver to not hold back and quite honestly I was a bit scared. The feeling of not being in total control I think. Totally different to being the driver.
Nice R34 though.

Very nice car for your first experience, the 2.8 and TO4Z has some serious grunt !
dont even want to know the end cost of that
the 2.8 and to4z is a great combination, mate of mine has it in his R33 GTR and also a 6 speed osg seq box and its so quick it hurts, you cant keep this out of boost LOL i doubt theres many street cars that are faster ;)
it did hurt a couple of times :D

I had the T04Z and 2.7 stroker in my R32 great combo, gave me 735 BHP at the fly, would still have it if it had been in an R34, the only other Jap car I would swop the Supra for right now
