Homer
look very nice.. super car styling Haha, you have to be kidding! It's not a McLaren / Zondo supercar, it's a old Japanese GT cruiser... Tacky and pointless.
louisjames
Haha, you have to be kidding! Tacky and pointless. nice standard of finish though, prob for track cars would be ok, cover up edges and light, not my cup of tea though, no good for spl! Homer
nice standard of finish though, prob for track cars would be ok, cover up edges and light, not my cup of tea though, no good for spl! The stock door cards weight almost nothing to begin with, with all the resin needed I wouldn't be surprised if the CF ones were heavier. The weight in the doors comes from the frame, the window and the window mechanism & motor. Stupid mod IMO, wasting hundreds of pounds on something that looks tacky and has no performance benefit. Same could be said for a lot of mods though!
NeoFuture
i prefer a nice dark card with a cream leather inset trim, that carbon looks tacky to me

Exactly, and not many people are going to see the benefit of the ULTRA lightweight doors given the fact they have got the rest of an interior in. It is almost Need4Speed style stuff IMHO. Guest Nicholas
how much they cost from toyota? Around £700 for both
RobSheffield
Tacky, dont do it Nick
turbonut
WIll it just be on the doors Nick? or the dash etc too? Unless the quality is absolutley spot on its easy for it to look a bit tacky. Then theres the issue of do you put carbon anywhere else and where do you stop without it looking like its had a long stay at halfrauds??? lol Its whatever you feel is right at the end of the day. Wouldnt that money be better spent on engine and suspension mods? that 700 could go a good way to a nice set of coilovers Lxx
AshBhp
Around £700 for both You be fookin mad to pay that
Need4Speed
Are they really carbon fibre or are they fibre-galss? Whatever, IMO a waste of money and the don't improve the car's looks.
Sheefa
Sick. They looks absolutely awlful. I think all exterior carbon fibre parts do except for a bonnet, and even that is hit and miss with the cars colour. Animal - sorry mate, you have a nice car but they do look 'weird', not in a good way. Each to their own though pal
