flock/alcantara dash....

hello, just to see your opinions on this, ive got some special tools and good material sourve, got some of this alcan/flock type stuff, 4 hours done the centre dash, what do you think? i looks real nice imo, pics dont do it justice, going to do few more parts, glove box, drivers door bit, etc also, tinted all the glass today, limo on back medium on sides, looks smart, will post pics shortly, i tint proffesionally if anyones inrested btw.

i dont think so i think it was one of tamon designs car's, the red one, sounds like a pimp?

 

i think if you could get a black alacantara dash with stiching like on the aston martin db9 it would look sweet on the supra dash.

yes it would, i just prefer the german, aston bentley dash materials over plastic myself lol.

i reckon you should go all out and do the full dash, whats it like price wise for alacanara?

 

£60 to £80 sq metre, the labour and stretching it right takes the time, i cant do stitching though, well prob could, just never have lol im going to do roof lining, pillers and both glove boxs, prob leave at that. its good insulation too.

60 to 80 beans a squar meter! fuck me i've seen cheaper leather.

 

its treated and stuff, bare in mind you could do most the interior for 150 quid, its not bad, and alcan is leather, reversed and treated. my mate has a custom focal demo vito van, had a alcan retrim cost 6 grand, but then its a van, the panels roof liners and everything done.
