HKS oil cooler leaking

Chaps, I finally fitted my HKS oil cooler last week, and can safely say that it'll drop oil temps by 15°C or so - 110°C at Silverstone, 126°C at Castle Coombe, with no other mods.

HOWEVER, my installation is leaking, and I need to know how to stop it. Bizarrely there is oil coming out from just about every joint (these are aeroquip fittings) despite plenty of PTFE tape and nice tight fittings. Plus it seems to be leaking out from the take-off plate too...Annoying.

So, has anyone got any advice on stopping the leaks? I'm deeply tempted to say 'sod it' and go back to stock! It has knocked my confidence in aeroquip fittings too - how can they be trusted for everything from water to fuel???
