Why is it better to have a 6speed than auto on a TT?

It isn't

Different situations make one or other more suitable.

I have an unopened can of worms if you prefer?

Why is it better to have a 6speed than auto on a TT?Because the auto box is for an old man's car. The 6sp is more of a driver's car.

It's a well known fact that the ability to press a clutch pedal and move the gear lever makes you more of man and proves that you are superior to mere auto drivers.

Mine just taps to the music while I eat my burger, happy in the knowledge that I don't need to change gear :D

One of the main advantages is that the getrag 6 speed can take big power levels, alledgedly upto 1000bhp. The stock autobox cant cope with more than 500bhp...

On the price the 6speed very expensive.
On cars over here it is the auto box that cost the most.
Thanks I do some searching on this.. :)
