Friend of mine (none forum member) has a '91 MR2 Turbo.
Loosing coolant, no visible leaks.
He's has head gasket done a few months back and thats when issue started. Radiator has been checked, system pipework checked too.
He's been given some help by MR2 guys and had his local garage look at it but no cure, and hes tried several rad caps with no joy.
Anyone got any hints suggestions as to what else he could investigate ? Any one know what bar the cap should be on one of these ?
Thanks for looking:)

Has the pipework that runs over the top of the petrol tank been checked?

Known weak point, PITA to get to as you have to remove the tank.

Any pooled coolant in the undertrays of the car to give an idea of where it's coming out?

Yup, those heater pipes michael mentioned are very common, they crack where the brackets are brazed on. I removed mine last week, one was quite badly knackered.
