Would someone convert a .RA file to a .MP£ for me please?

Would one of you computer wizards please convert a small .ra file to MP3 format so I can give it to a friend on a CD? I can convert it to .WAV, which is the end result i am after, to put on a CD so a friend can play it in a normal CD player, thanks. It's at:
