I shouldn;t really speak without my lawyer, but here you go. I have NA 1995, paying 700 pounds/year with 4 NCB, I was 29 when paying my policy. Mpg is around 30-35 on motorway, 20-25 town traffic. Never had Celica, but i belive Supra will be at least 1 class higher.
