Worried about chassis damage

Some of you may recall I had an accident a couple of months ago that bashed in my rear quarter and bumper. Got an estimate to have it fixed, new bumper and tap out the wing, new spat etc, no big deal.

However I've just been in the boot, and internally it looks like the metal has been pushed up slightly, so the polystyrene bits don't fit in properly any more. It's hard to tell what's going on from the pictures but I really don't know if this sort of thing can be fixed!

What do you reckon guys? It seems silly that this would be a write off situation as I've been driving the car for two months, hell it's even won a trohpy at the Pod :D
