Steviekid
For anyone thinking about doing this, the best way to get the old ones off is to get a 10mm spanner on the connector to the solid brake lines and hit it sharply with a hammer. Do this first before removing any of the circlips. I managed to round one off before discovering this and ended up having to cut it with a hacksaw near the next connector so I could get a ring spanner on it and pull the whole lot out. New solid line was only £12 from Toyota fortunately.
Tricky-Ricky
I always find a decent pair of mole grips saves rounding off the nuts;) as there always corroded and tight.
Stevie Boy
Or a brake pipe-spanner comes in handy in these situations

I wondered about trying that. The fronts weren't anything like as bad, the rears were corroded solid. Everythings off now though.
Chris Wilson
I have a wonderful pair of German self tightening grips for these, they were cheap as chips but I have never been able to buy any more, and can't remember where I got the first set...Flare nut spanner works well, too, if they aren't badly seized.
