Like the title says... I know absolutely nowt about helmets, but I need my own for a track day, is this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250146369022&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:middle:uk) one OK? Some of them are £hundreds but I doubt they are worth it. Prefer open face as it's inside the car. What you reckon?
Anything like that will be fine, though you will want to remove the visor!
If you're much over 6 ft just make sure there's not too much height in otherwise you might find it's a little close to the roof.

You'll be fine with anything legal for motorbike use. Best thing is to pop to the local bike shop and try a few on for fit and comfort.
Yes, you _can_ spend hundreds, but if you do crash it's money well spent.
