What it says on the Tin, i'm probably going to book it in to have both done at same time, but its a quick question, as MOT is due right now and I thought it was september.

Um, well, it's actually quite dangerous to drive as the wheel is unsupported in one area so it'll shift a bit every time weight goes on that area. Only a bit, but how many times will it happen?

I'd imagine it's a failure.

Just spoke to garage to book into have spacer sorted and they cant weld ally to steel. So I said MOT will have to wait, he said its not a fail to have one nut missing but it is an advisory. so its going in on thursday and im now about to decided whether I can get away with smaller spacers.

Did you know that you can actually go down to the local library and look at a ministry of transport mot book this is the same book as a mot tester has to abide/guided by.
There are a lot of grey area's when m.o.t.ing some times handy to know your rights.
I was warned about this when i took my licence years ago...... i dont do it now its more hassel than it's worth!!
