2 loose (spare) connections

Morning, hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Wondered if anyone could shed any light on these 2 pics. 1st one I'm a bit worried about as it looks like an important plug :(

2nd pic shows a loose wire coming from the alarm. This could explain why the alarm is no longer audible when i lock/unlock the car... I'm not entirely sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

small black one is the aerial for your alarm,
and the big one is if you had a active spoiler
