MrHanky has got appendicitis

My poor old bro has got himself a lovely bout of appenditis. He had a bit of a twinge about a month or so ago but the doctors decided not to do anything. Anyway yesterday he had it flair up again and had to stay in hospital overnight for some scans. The results have come back tonight confirming that he has got appendicitis. They've rushed him into surgery and are probably working on him as I type.

He is a little annoyed as...

firstly: He missed KFC night last night and hasn't eaten in over 35 hours.

Secondly: He was really looking forward to going to JAE especially since he's had his Sup' resprayed.

Anyway I hope the rest of you have a good weekend at JAE and bring back some good pics for him.

Hi everyone its Vicki marks wife. Thanks for the messages. I will pass them on.

He rang me about 40 mins ago and he was stil waiting for them to call him down :rolleyes:

Hopefully if all goes well he will be out tomorrow afternoon sometime but I dont think for a minute he will be up to JAE. Which we are both gutted about. He's had his respray and its my first JAE with my DC5 Integra which I've just had a new exhaust on and Cable kindly fitted my Gruppe M Ram Air kit (thanks Cabbie ;))!

Will keep you posted and I'm sure the first thing he will say when he gets home is "wifey get your knickers on and pass me my laptop and make sure its logged into the forum! avante!" ;)

Mark had his op last night and all has gone well, just a little achey, hungry and bored now. Unfortunately he's gotta stay in another night, oh the joy...

I had my appendix burst when I was on holiday.... not at all pleasant

Oh yea, and take him a KFC in when he is allowed to eat again, hospital food is rubbish...!:)
