Jurgen-Jm-Imports
cut the story short,,,, here are the facts 1.we booked 5 flights to cuba return for next month ( all paid to a UK company) 2.the hotel we are supposed to be staying made a mistake in the pricing (we booked the hotel seperate) nothing has been paid to them yet....but when i rang last night the prices has shot up by £3000 pound (they have been bought out )... and my comfirmation was just verbal.. so the question is can i cancel my flights with this uk company or not...???? (and then re-book a holiday FULLY).. or can they keep the money ?
Class One
You'll have to look at their terms and conditions, but it is unlikely that you will be offered a full refund. More likely a percentage which will decrease as the departure date approaches.

Class One
Most credit card compnaies have cancellation policies written in to their T&C's under the consumer credit act. But I think that's limited to 14days from date of purchase (cancellation). The only way to find out is to try and speak to them and see how you go. There's no reason why they shouldn't be able to resell the seats.
