Real Name / First Name

Don't know if this has been sugested before but could we have our real name or first name underneath our avatar (where our other details are), I know the names of a lot of people on here but when replying to new members who have names like supraowner76 etc it seems a bit strange when you start a reply Hi Supraowner76 instead of Hi Steve (or whatever).

I wouldn't want to do this automatically as it goes against our privacy agreement, which is your name and address will only ever be used to send out requested club merchandise and will not be used for any other purpose.

You could change your profile text (Professional Gambler) to be your name.

Could it not be optional, like the Country and Location below the Avatar is? That way you could put what you'd prefer people to call you, as opposed to it simply putting your first name up.

Basically as mawbs says, we have our privacy policy to ensure that we comply with the data protection act. We only use personal details for sending out the members packs when rrequested. We do not keep a database of members names or addresses. Best to keep it simple. :)

Of course you could type your name at the end of your post or incorporate your name into your sig?
