Section filters.

Is there a plug-in thingummyjig that would allow us to filter which sections are displayed when you click new posts?

For example: you find Off Topic to be utterly tedious and have no interest in meets. You could select them in a profile section and any posts in those sections would not be displayed.

Also, any news on search results weighting? eg. searching for BPU always brings up the BPU faq first and weights the displayed threads with a relevance.

There is a plugin yes.

The results weighting is already supported by the forum. If you do a relavance search then you tend to find important stuff like FAQs appear near the top of the list.
