Hi Guys i'm new to your club just saying hello and just to let you guys know i'll be around for a long time.

My previous car history includes a Toyota Corolla G6r 6speed Manual and a very lovely Super Red II Mk2 MR2 Gt-S at the moment i'm currently looking to purchase a Supra TT.

Basically is there one specialist out there who in your veiws cater for exceptional good cars. Currently i've used japanese direct imports but they are no longer open. All i want is basically is some good advise with importers and recommendation.

Thanks guys for reading the lenghty post any feedback welcomed

Don't overlook Paul Whiffin at Whifbitz (trader on here also but only deals in Manual TT cars with low mileage and high auction grading).

Known Paul for ages and he and Daz do some blinding work and really strive to look after all the cars they work on as if they were there own.

You pay a bit more but the peace of mind, friendly service and knowledge that within reason anything that goes wrong WILL be put right provided it's a failing of the car and not driver inflicted! ;)

Paul gets some excellent cars in and can order to spec as well and any mods can be quoted for as well.

Did an awesome job on my single conversion and recon engine but had to sell up sadly :(

When I do get another one (which believe me I will!) i'd want it from Paul or Jurgen just my opinion mind.

Hope it helps and welcome.

Cheers,

Pete :D

If going manual I know Steve L (another member and good mate of mine) is running the Apexi Power FC which can be mapped by Paul Whiffin.

Others use the AEM and seem to recall a handful of people going with Autronics.

Steve L really rated the Power FC though and gained significantly from it not just in power but fluidness, delivery and economy.

Good prices as well although no longer produced so you may be looking for a 2nd hand unit now as they are hard to find new although someone like Nic in Hong Kong may know a way (very useful giy for hard to find items including stock trim etc which can get pretty worn on these cars given some are 14yrs old they are entitled!;)).

Any other specifics drop me a PM as always willing to help if possible.

Cheers,

Pete :)
