Hello there I am looking for a dirt bike for my sons 14th birthday.I have a budget of 250 Does anybody have any recomendations or even any up for sale.:)
any info will be much appreciated

You dont get much for 250 mate.

Youre into the poor end of the chinese market and that wont last five minutes. :(

Slightly better pitbikes are Monstermotos, Xsports and stomp but they take a fair bit of keeping together and cost more than 250

as said mate 250 wont get you much that is safe anyway , i used to ride till mine got nicked ,

AS you can see from my link you need to spend 1000 min ,

Also buy trails and motocross news as there are loads of bargains in there , so you might find a rm or kx 80 1998 model for 500 ,

Do you no what size you are after? i would say a 80 cc is about right,

Good advice re the TMX.

14 year old kids are just getting the right size for a nice 125cc ;)

Then you can ride it too!! :d:d
