Hi all,

We are doing a charity raffle at the JAE (Japanese Auto Extravaganza) Show this year on July 21st & 22nd July 2007. We have contacted our local council regarding to selling raffle ticket at the show. Since then we have complete all the required and known the rules and regulations for this raffle and now we have got the go head from our local council.

We have decided to give all the profit takings on the raffle to Cancer Research UK and we have organized this with our local cancer research UK treasurer.


Please see the details of the charity raffle below:-

· The price for each ticket will be sold at £1 each at the EPRacing Trade Stand on trade area 6.

· The Draw will be held at 4.00pm on Saturday & 3.00pm on Sunday

· All the prizes will be present by Banzai Magazine & the-origination from JAE

At a risk of being flamed Cancer Research gets a massive slice of charity donations. I'd rather it go to a specific hospice or somewhere that you see the difference being made.

If so a hospice is where people with terminal illnesses go so they can be well looked after before they pass away

well can we not do our own raffle for charity, we have enough traders and i am sure we will have enough support from the club;)
