MRX
Sounds like your boot rubbers are gone mate... Its an extremely common problem. At both corners there are small rubber blocks that stop the hatch from rattling. These are well known to be buggers to get off as the bolts are usually rusted up. If you do a search there are plenty of threads on getting these things off, personally I drilled mine.

Guest Creasy
I have a similar problem with the grey foam stuff - like polystyrene. It squeaks really loud, is this the same problem. Or do i just need to fill the gaps with some foam sheets or something around the grey stuff? P.s. Have you got tool kit on the left, jack on the right of the boot. Then there is a parcel shelf that is like a blind.
Sparky
If your boot sqeaks put some foam square pads on top of the original 1's. Costs sod all and completely eliminated all sqeaking in my boot!

markssupra
I have a cover for the spare wheel around somewhere and the bolt to hold the spare wheel down if you need it. Do you need a carpet as well, I have one but it has a hole in it for the Sub speaker in the boot (GZ model). PM me if your interested.
