Inside of Boot What am i missing

Hi

 

just after buying my 1st supra...in the boot ive the spare wheel which is secured down n some grey foam stuff n when im driving rattles like hell from the boot....what else am i missing & where can i get it??

Sounds like your boot rubbers are gone mate... Its an extremely common problem. At both corners there are small rubber blocks that stop the hatch from rattling. These are well known to be buggers to get off as the bolts are usually rusted up. If you do a search there are plenty of threads on getting these things off, personally I drilled mine.

grand job....where would i get the mat/board or wat ever goes over the spare wheel...as when i open the boot all thats in it is the spare n foam..

actually cud sumone post up pic of their boot and with the carpet lifted where the spare is..

I know it sounds stupid but need to see what else i need

where would be best to look if cant find @ local breaker??

I have a similar problem with the grey foam stuff - like polystyrene. It squeaks really loud, is this the same problem. Or do i just need to fill the gaps with some foam sheets or something around the grey stuff?

 

P.s. Have you got tool kit on the left, jack on the right of the boot. Then there is a parcel shelf that is like a blind.
