there,s a meet every month when its warm and sunny there
are a lot of modded jap cars
Its a nice laid back meeting but not many supras
lots of skylines.
I,ll try and give a bit more notice when I post up this meet in january.

yes its a good meet but it was very cold
we had our pub lunch and stood outside chatting for about 15 mins but frost bite started to set in.
its on again next month so i,ll see ya there
I missed this one.. i had a completely flat tyre and no way of pumping it up.. and i was late as normal so no go.

Its a great place for meets as theres beer, pub food if you're hungry, families/girlfriends welcome, usually quite a few cars there,
plenty of space to park etc.

I should be arriving between 12 and 12.30 if all goes to plan ( which it rarely does!)
My supe should be a bit cleaner this time as long as it dosen't rain/snow/hail on me again on the way down like it did last time!

Monday is a great time to meet for me!! I'm usually busy on the weekends.
We all meet at around 8pm, have a drink or two, some food and then talk about cars outside. what more could you want??
The beer festival was good. a nice 150ft bar and 300 ales to sample!! We did a good job of getting through about 20 or 30 of them too!! :D

Havent been to the bubble for a while now as my cars undergoing some mods and everything is taking longer than i thought.
Good place nice people and some v nice cars looking forward to my next beer there in my finished car :)
The food isnt bad either.

Summer is here, but for how long!
There must be a 50+ Supra's within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham and therefore we should be able to arrange a great evening meet.
If you are interested send me a PM or add your name below. Maybe meet and have a BBQ, picknick or just a convoy in the summer sun.

Hi there Supra people,
This is my first post on here and its to let you guys know about the next midlands meet based in DERBY.
We meet on the Sunday 13th of June @ 12pm - 4pm, local gathering of performance cars from around the area.
If any of you guys from here would like topcome along please do as we dont get many Supras gracing our meet very often.

I'm not interested in buying a supra just came over here to get more interest for the midlands meet really, bigger the turnout the better it usually is, although its raining at mo should be better by next weekend.......hopefully or diffecult to park on the grass:sly:

Ok folks, back off my weeks holiday and need to arrange this before the nights start to draw in again (always the optomist). Looks like we have a spread of people from all over the midlands and therefore need to find a central location.....
My idea would be to meet at either Star City, (J7 M6) or the NEC, Birmingham. We can then convoy to a local public establishment have a quick shandy and bite to eat, whilst talking Supra'a and then do a short convoy (route to be determined).
Thinking of next Tuesday evening 15th June....
Please E-M or PM with your thoughts on location and date etc.

Meet will be on Saturday 10th July late afternoon with venue to be confirmed.
Looks like people from Stoke on Trent, Worcester, Gloucester, Warwick, Nottingham, Leicester and Cheltenham interested so far. So meet up around Birmingham seems most central.

I will advertise in the national papers saying a one day only sale at DFS or Debenhams. The ladies are bound to fall for that as these companies never usually have sales.
Better idea, say you are popping out for a paper and when you return 8 hours later, explain how the Turbo unit blew and a passer by used bubble gum to fix it!! As they are 'not into cars' they won't suspect anything:stupid:

The plan for Saturday is as follows: Tried to pick the most central location. Was never going to be easy with Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stoke, Nottingham, Birmingham, Worcester members interested-
Meet 17:00 - 17:30 at Fletchers Automobile Shop, 25 Great Lister Street, Birmingham B7 4LS. It is off the Aston Express Way (J6, M6).
I am waiting for a decision off their Manager on what discount they will offer to Mkiv club members on the day. They sell everything (wheels, ICE, Blingy stuff, Mobil 1 etc etc).
Plan is then to convoy to a pub not too far away and have a couple of shandies.
I have notified the local police and explained what is happening and that we are a respectable, mature bunch....

The meet is this Saturday, 17:00 at Fletchers in Nechells. Directions as follows:
1. Come off J6 M6 and head along A38 (Aston Expressway) towards Birmingham.
2. Take the second exit off the A38 following signs for the Millenium point (brown sign).
3. At the roundabout take the first exit.
4. Fletchers is on left after about 200m.
5. Turn left at the traffic lights then first right.
6. Car park is on right!!

Only 4 of us Soops made it. About 25 Scooby's, a few Skylines, 1 200SX and a fair bit of rain. Good location and grub!
Maybe a better turn out for the next once you guys have your beasts back!!
Will def try and get mine on the grass next time Col (Soop) so you don't have to sit on the gravel with me... :)

As it was my first meet with you guys I didn't know what to expect (whether I would get ignored). But everyone present was friendly and made it easy to fit in, and I am DEFINATELY up for a repeat turn out. Thanks again to Rays The Roof for organising it!!
P.S how nuts is LOTUS ?!? 120mph taking photos with no hands on the steering wheel.

i might dust the cob webs off the old mr2 and come down for a bit..... it's looking a bit sorry for itself and i may not be able to park on the grass as the greddy lip is too low :(
the lotus is only 260bhp standard, but weighs nothing compared to a supra, with nos fingers crossed should go over 300bhp
but im not sure it will get on the rollers, then again do thor use rollers?
