mgf electric window probs

got a problem with the electric window on the mg tf it goes all the way down but then will not come up took the door card of and forced the window slightly then it went half way and stuck again
any ideas cant see any broke or hanging off

could be the window guide being bent. when the window goes down the guide bends, the window pops out slightly. then when you try and put it up again it gets stuck!
