Shit.

Brother has only just brought the following to my attention. My old dears are also away for 2 weeks. Looks like a cracked/split pipe or something from our power shower as it's only just happened - probably this morning from the shower.

Option A: go and have a looksie and a fiddle

Option B: Don't be a twat Greg you suck, call the plumber!

Ideas???!

Can I fill that crack with something like no more nails too?

Bugger.

I meant after the problem is sorted mate - can it just be filled with something or does it need replacing?

you are good at hands on stuff, rip the plaster off, re-plump then skim the wall and decorate ;) :D

Can you get any photos of the leaky pipe? Is it in the loft, or is the pipe running down through the partition wall?

In the loft mate by the water tank. I can't see any noticeable leaks. Just going to get the plumber round on this one.

Think of me as a bit like the guys from Rogue Traders. I 'know' what I'm doing, but I'll see if they find the route cause of the problem :)

There isn't a day goes by when some disaster doesn't befall you bud. Good job you've got a sense of humour. Keep smiling Greg. :)

Get some plumbing tape mate. It'll seal the pipe and stop any more damage.
Err don't think no more nails is used for filling mate. :)
