have you done a bpu if so what spark plugs

as above what plugs are you useing need to get some new ones as i have started my bpu cats are out but unsure on which ones to run on help please:)

The most common choices are:

Iridium IK22's

or

NGK BCPR7E or BCPR7ES gapped to 0.80mm

These cost about £10.50 for 6 at your local Partco , they do the job .

BKR7EIX NGK iridium, they are what we use here on BPU cars here

For those using BKR7EIX and IK22's, isn't it more cost effective to use copper plugs and swap them every 5-6k miles? I meant the iridiums normally retail for around £55, but only last 10-15k miles

Iridiums: £55 a set, 15k miles = 272 miles per £

Copper: £12 a set, 6k miles = 500 miles per £

I'm not suggesting you're wrong, just interested in why the iridiums are favoured by some despite costing almost twice as much per mile

isn't it worth while using copper first to see if your getting det before you screw the engine using Iridium?

Depends if your paying someone to do it or not? And if you can be arsed to change your plugs all the time. Iridiums "should" last 20,000 miles, thats what they quote anyway.
