zx1; supposed to minimize engine wear etc etc http://www.team-zx1.co.uk/

used it in the civic and it runs perfectly with 105,000M on the clock, but not sure if i want to put it in the supra. just wondered if any of you lot use it ;)

More snake oil basically....

I had a 3 series BMW, which currently has 212000 on the clock, it has NEVER had anything other than a good decent oil put in it. Any engine that is maintained well should last a good length of time. The BMW is still on the road as a mate of mine had to do some tyres on it, and still going strong, no smoke, no rattles no nadda...

Save your money and just use a good proper oil.

PS : I'd certainly hope a honda engine can do 105k miles... if not I'd be worried.

if it was that good, oil manufacturers would include it/something like it in the oil

Hmmm, person to ask is Simon from Opieoils, he might be able to shed some light on it.

Although I'd really tempted to get some analysied chemically to see what they put in the stuff...

Honda engines are only just run in at 100k! I would say just stick to using really good oil.
