bleeding off water system

My engine has just been rebuilt so it wont have any water in it at all.
Whats the best way to fill and bleed the system.

Use Toyota's pre mixed coolant and just fill through the radiator cap until full, then fire the car up and let it tickover with rad cap off, turn the heater to max temp with the fan on and this will let the coolant flow through the whole system once the stat has opened.

Top rad up to full and also fill expansion tank to between the min and max with the same coolant.

Check youve got hot air coming through heater job done.
