Hi

I'm in the process of buying some 19 inch rims for my sup but im unsure of what offset these should be ?

there 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears

i understand that they've got to be 5x114 P.C.D but what offset would be best suited to my j-spec with standard brakes ?

Also what tyre sizes should i be thinking of fitting please .

Many thaks fellas ;)

I'm just wanting to keep asmuch profile as possible as to help prevent damaging the rims as sometimes i have to mount curbs to park the car outside my house .

Your going to curb them then - quite easily I'd say! Doesn't really matter what tyre you get.

I've got 8.5" & 9.5" on 19's

Like Gaz said , 245/35 and 275/30 are the ones to go for. I fitted these on mine.

The rears are only 2% different to stock ones in terms of diameter .

You got any pics of them please mate just to get an idea of what they'll be like ?

Sorry to be a pain lads i'm just worried i've spend all this money and i'm gonna wreck them now straight away .

Stock sizes are in bold

Front 235/45 17 = 643mm dia

245/35 19 = 654mm dia

245/40 19 = 679mm dia

Rear 255/40 17 = 636mm dia

275/30 19 = 648mm dia

275/35 19 = 675mm dia

You might have clearance issues with the larger sidewall tyres.

I wouldn't recommend getting 19's if you need to go up kerbs , unless you make some wooden ramps.
