the sorry is because these questions will have been asked 1000 times and i'm too lazy to find answer... anyways:

1) what sort of guarantees etc do you get with an import.

2) who does services/work and how much do they cost (I'm used to a bmw 330) but I bet a popped turbo costs 1000's?

3) is there anywhere specialist to get insurance, I'm only 25 so I don't wanna be paying too many Ks.

cheers guys and sorry again... p.s. i saw you had that thing at daytona MK... i'm from near there and it rules! have fun...

1) Depends who imports it for you?

2) Not had it long enough to comment. Most people who have blown turbo's then go single.

3) A few places. Sky mostly. im 24 with 1 year ncb parked center of town. And its 1.3k for an NA so should be less :p

4) Welcome. Have fun

You don't get any guarantees with J-Specs... just buy one that has plenty of paperwork, try to confirm the mileage as best you can and if you're thinking of importing one use a reputable trader there are a few on here I believe...

A basic service should cost between £400 - £600 (depending where you go) but fixing things like blown turbos will get pricy... Start thinking around the 1k mark I'd say...

Sky insurance are good as they offer a very thorough service but are not necessarily the cheapest, It's still worth shopping around...

Oh and Welcome to the club :)
