indeed it does mate, it don't touch the really bad parts but it does do a good job on not so bad bits.:)

 

My Dad mentioned about using WD40 to clean up parts on the engine, sounds like a good idea although a fair amount of the old "elbow grease" is probably required :)

looks v clean mate. i use comma engine degreaser on mine just spray on leave it for a bit and then hose it off works a treat too :)

the best thing i have ever used is the left overs from an indian take away, smear chicken tikka sauce all over the worst parts of the engine and leave for 10 minutes MAX. , any longer and it will eat through the entire engine. wash off and there you go sparkling like new..
