guys, got a questions Re hybrids.

i assume when one gets jspec turbos refitted with hybrids that the blades are uprated to steel, then i also assume that this will mean the boost pressure can be upped slightly,

What pressue could you up to (safe)

Would this increase be ok with standard BPU.

1.4 bar is fine but i'll tell you from first hand experiance that you need to sort out fueling, bigger injectors and fuel pump with something to alter the fueling map such as a Emanage unit if you want to run the bigger boost

I was running 1.4 bar with hybrids when i melted a piston! be warned! its not as simple as just upping the boost

not sure if anyone has answered this yet, but the answer is no, unless your using stock UK turbos and some cleverly placed water/meth nozzels, the J-specs wont withdtand this much boost the turbine will be outside efficiency range and generate a hell of a lot of heat not to mention playing roulette with the ceramic impeller blades on a daily basis :( hybrids as has already been said can withstand more pressure
