ok, was meant to go to a Mauritian night at sound bar in Leicester square tonight (im not Mauritian but hey ho....). anyway, around 530 we decide to not go. at 830 we decide to go somewhere local i.e Greenwich. my mates turn up and decide we should go to Sound anyway. so off we trot to drop his car home. get his mum to drop us to the station but no trains. so back to his. get in his car (still debating whether its worth going all the way up town) and go to my mates house in plumstead. wait for a cab. cab eventually arrives. by which point ive decided i cant be arsed any more and get the cabbie to drop me home. pissing it down with rain the whole time by the way.....

Problem is, the last time they went to a Mauritian night at sound i did the same thing and changed my mind last minute - needless to say they had one of the best nights out ever!!

now, have i made a mistake, made the right choice (bare in mind they'll get soaked waiting for a cab on the way home and spend a fortune on drinks), or have i just got too old for all this malarkey (im only 27 ffs!!!)???

right now i feel sooooo old, im usually the one dragging everyone else out!! :search: :search:

Go to the Mauritian night!!! although it was on our resort island we had crab racing and "authentic" music. it was great. You're a long time dead and before that waiting to be dead and miserable.

No need to be personal, its the fourth if you must know! :)

All I'd say is, what's better at home? I'm stuck at home because the other half is on call and its not fun! Go out and enjoy yourself!
