I would say have a go....

As long as you feel confident, have a good plan and aren't doing anything irreversible like drilling hole which will be on show...!

As this would mean any mistakes could be rectified by the bodyshop if you find you can't do it or if you mess up ;)

This was my theory on fitting my TRD, had to drill holes and rig the position of the spoiler. Came out really good and a near perfect fit:) glad I had a go...!

PS looking forward to seeing finished pics, love that kit.

if you've spent loads of money on the kit (which you most probs have) surely it would seem a shame if you could of had it done by a pro and it looking mega  - but then again you may be really good and do it yourself and save a bit of money, i would go for no. 1 if it was men IMO

Are you going for the Woodone JGTC Paint scheme?

Not sure on paint scheme yet im prob gonna keep it supra red for now, maybe a JGTC replica im still thinking.

I wanted to fit it so I can say I built the car myself, I have done all the other work so far, this kit just seems harder than i thought. I have fitted a kit before and it came out really good, but not a wide one.

anyway this is where i am so far, not very far

I had to remove the tow eyes at the front to fit the bumper on so I think im gonna get a aftermarket tow ring
